Liquorice Soap 120g by Funky Soap Shop
This soap is made using liquorice root, it is a very beneficial plant extract with many skin soothing properties. One of its components is glabridin which is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, helping clear acne while evening out your complexion. Liquorice root is a natural whitening agent, so it decrease the production of melanin and re balances skin cells. Consistent use will minimising dark spots from scars, acne and hyper-pigmentations. It also has effectively treated skin disorders such as rosacea, eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis. It also contains avocado, apricot kernel oil and shea butter to renew and nourish your skin, leaving it glowing, healthy and fresh. Rub between your hands for a creamy lather, it has a fresh lemon and tea tree smell.

Our products are all 100% natural and handmade in small batches. Shape, colour, scent, size and appearance can vary slightly between batches as it is in the nature of this product. Due to using natural scents, they may not be as strong or develop when in use.

All of our packaging is biodegradable including our packaging peanuts . We use sustainable and ethically source ingredients in our products. We don’t outsource anything, we manufacture all of our products in our workshop, we carefully select our suppliers and take care of every aspect of what we do. This is because we prefer to have direct control over as many aspects of our company as possible, and because we want to invest every earning in making more and better products and in providing a better service to all our customer.

In the recent years our company has grown thanks to your continuous support. We were able to move into a workshop in East London in 2014 and since have been able to expand and make more lovely soaps and a whole range of new products. All our products are made from only 100% natural ingredients. We use pure oils and butters and the cold or hot process method to create our products. They contain fresh and healthy ingredients. No SLS, No Parabens and No harmeful preservatives! Most products are suitable for vegans but some are vegetarian. We do not test on animals or purchase ingredients from companies which do.
